Description: You will be the Logistics Management Staff (Unit Supply) for our team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the effective management and accountability of Government Owned Property (GOP) and supplies, providing logistical support to our clients, and maintaining compliance with U.S. Army property accountability processes and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Management Staff (Unit Supply), you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the receipt, issue, inventory, lateral transfers, and turn-in of GOP, as well as preparing and processing Relief of Responsibility documentation. You will also assist in developing solutions to logistical and acquisition problems, perform routine preventative maintenance checks, and maintain accurate hand receipts. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and overseeing GOP management, including receipt, issue, inventory, and turn-in.
• Preparing and processing Relief of Responsibility documentation and DD Form 200.
• Assisting in developing solutions to logistical and acquisition problems.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance checks and services on equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining accurate hand receipts and ensuring proper documentation of property.
• Forecasting, procuring, receiving, inspecting, inventorying, loading, unloading, segregating, accounting, storing, distributing, and disposing of Government equipment.
• Coordinating logistical activities with other staff elements.
• Reviewing and recommending changes to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures. Have in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL), along with proper and timely keeping of all account property records.
Must possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and other related software and programs, proficient in the use of office machines such as printer, copiers, fax and other, able to write correspondence in a military format.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security clearance.
Able to travel internationally.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
