Dive into the world of ancillary services at Lufthansa Group – from upgrades to onboard Wi-Fi. We manage all revenue budgets and optimize profitability, sales, and customer value using the spaneting mix (4Ps). You’ll take on diverse tasks, especially including:
- Organizing and facilitating workshops with internal and external colleagues
- Conducting spanet and data analyses, e.g., creating benchspans
- Supporting the preparation of argumentation and decision documents for management
- Implementing creative ideas into practice

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you should be at least in your third semester of study and ideally meet the following requirements:
- Enrollment throughout the entire duration of the internship (a current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship during a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
- Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a comparable degree program)
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers and research
- Strong communication skills and creative ideas
- Independent and proactive working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Teams)
- Fluent German and English skills
