Job Description
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Track project progress, follow up on action items, and update trackers or dashboards
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
Join and document key project meetings and workshops
Help identify risks, dependencies, and issues in project execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/stakeholders
Assist in process improvement or documentation initiatives
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
Interest in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall/Agile is a bonus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)
Exposure to real project delivery in a corporate environment
Understanding of PMO operations and tools
Experience working with senior stakeholders
