Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent Manager (level K) to join our In Service Stability Organization in Everett, WA.
This Manager position will directly manage and lead a team of Procurement Agents in the management of overall supplier performance and supplier deliverables in support of Boeing Programs and our Airline Customers.
This role manages supply chain professionals ensuring safety, high quality and efficient operations. This position involves collaborating and working with various teams including BCA Supply Chain, BGS Supply Chain, Fleet Chief Office, Engineering, Suppliers and Operators.

Position Responsibilities:
Manage Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to the afterspanet, developing supplier strategies, managing supplier performance expectations, proposal analysis, and holding suppliers accountable to contractual requirements.
Leads and motivates procurement Agent employees in initiation and execution of supplier performance including recoveries and improvement activities.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
Acquiring resources for projects and processes, providing technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
Provides oversight regarding business considerations.
Manages risks, issues, and opportunities.
Manages, develops, and motivates employees.
Ensure that our supply chain is positioned to support afterspanet demands.
Collaborate respectfully with great communication and experience working across multi-disciplined teams.
Influence the team culture by leading and modeling Boeing Values and Behaviors.
Maintain effectiveness and adjust when experiencing changes in work tasks, processes, and/or requirements.

This position requires proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment developing strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure overall success of business objectives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Program Management
3+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership role
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
Strong leadership skills that can align a team to a common goal for overall team success.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
4+ years of experience in a formal/informal leadership role, managing teams and projects
4+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
4+ years of experience managing projects utilizing standard project management tools
Supply chain experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment

Level K - $130,000 - $151,800
