Financial Planning and Analysis: Coordinate with the process of developing and executing financial plans, conducting financial analysis, and creating financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing budgets, conducting financial forecasting, and analyzing spanet conditions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing financial risks.
Financial Reporting: Coordinate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Decision Making: Assisting management in making sound financial decisions.
Cash Management: Managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient liquidity.
Investment Analysis: Analyzing investment opportunities and directing investment activities.
Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements in the finance department.
Auditing: Serving as a company liaison with auditors during financial audits.

Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or related roles is essential.
Job responsibilities:
Perform financial management duties including coordinating with MY Finance team re: reports on financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Coordinate with the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Coordinate colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
