Chief Manager – Maintenance

Job Description:

Develop and implement a maintenance program under Air India’s Car 145 for the FTO fleet, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, airline and industry best practices
Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all aircrafts and flight training devices, ensure maintenance and inspections, and tracking of maintenance records
Develop and implement a stocking system and an ERP for optimal maintenance
Sync with airline maintenance standards to improve operational efficiency
Monitor the performance of the aircraft and equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action as necessary
Investigate and report on incidents and accidents related to aircraft maintenance and operation
Implement policies and training to maintenance personnel on best practices for aircraft maintenance and safety
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs
