Job Description
We arent looking for a traditional Art Director. We want a visual-first hybrid who lives at the intersection of design, motion, and social culture. You don’t just "make things pretty"—you create the visual energy, hooks, and formats that stop the scroll.
The Core Mission:
Creative Maximalist: You lead with bold, high-energy visuals where the art dictates the format and the hook.
Social & Video-First: You design for the feed. You understand how to translate brand strategy into high-retention video assets and digital experiences.
Hybrid Execution: You bridge the gap between static design and motion, ensuring every asset is optimised for a fast-paced digital ecosystem.
Strategic Vision: Translate spaneting briefs into attention-grabbing visual languages that drive user action.
AI-Powered Design: Lead the integration of Generative AI (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion) to accelerate concept stage, mood-boarding, and asset creation.
Requirements
At least 5 Years Experience: Proven track record at a fast-paced agency or in-house experience, preferably digital-related.
AI native: Proficient in using AI tools to optimize creative workflows and push the boundaries of visual experimentation.
Digital native: Familiar with social platforms, video trends, and mobile-first design.
Portfolio: A showcase of high-energy 360° digital campaigns and video-first storytelling.
Bonus Points:
Experience in Travel, Fintech, or Tech Platforms.
Web-Savvy: Knowledge of translating complex artwork into web-friendly assets.
Motion Skills: Ability to storyboard or execute motion graphics to bring ideas to life.
