Job Description:

Tasks

  • Defining global end-to-end processes, tools, infrastructure (incl. IT systems), service provider strategies, and operating models
  • Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
  • Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
  • Defining roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
  • Defining and monitoring global end-to-end process performance indicators and its improvement plans
  • Ensuring documentation of group wide processes
  • Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements
  • Managing process risks and developing risk minimizing measures
  • Securing the successful communication and cooperation of all stakeholders
  • Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • University diploma or equivalent
  • Practical knowledge of operations
  • Knowledge about Group Company’s business
  • VIVA and other HR related systems experience
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
  • High process and project management skills
  • Strong coordination and co-operation skills
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Customer orientation
