Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) is a world-class flight training facility established by Emirates to meet the growing global demand for skilled commercial pilots. Lead, manage and direct maintenance, engineering systems and equipment operations within Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA). Provide strategic direction and oversee the maintenance and management of Part 145 stores and inventory control ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Accountable for the management of Continuous Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and Airworthiness Review Certification function processes, coordinating maintenance schedules, and documentation to uphold safety and quality standards.

• Formulate the strategy and management of heavy maintenance long-term maintenance and short-term plans for the EFTA fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the training operating plans. Collaborate with internal and external departments to stay updated on industry trends and deliver effective maintenance strategies. Work with the training team to forecast and meet training needs.

• Manage the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) department, ensuring compliance with organizational approvals and procedures. Assist the Nominated Post Holder (NPH) in maintaining the Continued Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) in compliance with GCAA CAR M requirements and serve as the primary liaison with the GCAA during audits to address regulatory issues.
• Oversee the efficient execution of the maintenance program and plans, addressing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensuring airworthiness through collaboration with Flight Operations, Compliance Monitoring, Group Safety and Civil Aviation Safety.
• Oversee flight servicing, dispatching, and maintenance check performance, producing regular reports to ensure maximum operational, financial, and qualitative performance achieved in all maintenance programs.
• Monitor the pricing of parts and materials to ensure optimal value is achieved, while balancing cost efficiency with delivery timelines and operational needs. Oversee the maintenance of secure storage facilities across the academy, ensuring full compliance with required storage conditions and upholding consistently high standards of operational integrity.
• Lead the development of Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for each aircraft type, ensuring proper assessment and compliance with manufacturers maintenance data including MRB/MPD/MM instructions, service bulletins, service letters and service experience, as required by CAR M.302.

Degree in Engineering

Experience in Engineering License holder for a minimum of 10 years.

-With a minimum of 5 years? experience in managerial level related to the role.

-Individual must be fully knowledgeable and aware of legislation and policy related to the regulatory requirements of the business.
