This is a 3rd shift position with the following hours: Sunday-Thursday; 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (Weekend overtime may be required)
What You Will Do:
Test electronic components, following blueprints, guidelines, and part-specific procedures to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
Analyze assemblies at the component level, document results, and maintain test equipment as required.
Use hand/machine tools, measuring devices, and electronic/manual test equipment safely and effectively.
Support production schedules, meet deadlines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE).
Follow safety, quality, and hazardous waste procedures at all times.
Use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
Train others, interface with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve production or process issues.
Maintain a clean, efficient work environment, request tools and supplies as needed, and contribute to waste minimization and audit activities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically have High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
A.S. in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
Ability to read schematics
Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer.
Basic component level troubleshooting experience.
