JOB TITLE: Test Technician - 2nd Shift

Summary:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of in-line manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose failures, replace components, and use standard electronic test equipment, drawings, manuals, and instructions.
May redesign basic optical, electrical, mechanical, or vacuum systems for existing equipment.
Maintain maintenance and repair logs and use a variety of hand, power, and test tools.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve manufacturing equipment performance.
Perform preventative, corrective, and immediate repairs on equipment used in the CCA production process.
Collaborate with Operations, Production Line Leadership, and Engineering teams (Product, Process, Quality, Test).
Requirements:
High school diploma (or equivalent) plus specialized technical training or associate-level coursework and 10 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with mechanical hand tools and soldering
Strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Strong communication skills
Must complete required manufacturing training (PWB Handling, First Piece Certification, Component ID, ESD)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Experience with MyCronic & Universal Instruments PnP, Kohyoung/YesTech AOI, SMT CCA Inline-Wash, MPM Screen Printer
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred
