Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb vertical ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 35 lbs independently (occasional 2-person lifts >50 lbs).
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching overhead, balancing on ladders or uneven surfaces.
- Occasional climbing, crawling, squatting, bending/stooping, and operation of foot controls.
- Ability to pass visual acuity and color perception tests.
- Use of PPE (face, eye, ear, hand, and arm protection).
- Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
- Frequent exposure to elevated platforms, metals, and noise.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Maintain all training certifications required for assignment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- 4+ years of on-aircraft heavy structures experience. Please clearly indicate on your resume your aircraft platform experience and number of years working heavy structures.
- Demonstrated experience with close-tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation on critical support structures (doublers, triplers, seat tracks, planks, stringers, etc.).
- Ability to obtain customer approval for aircraft access, for which dual citizenship or prior citizenship of another country may preclude eligibility.
- 4+ years working with non-porous metals (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel)
- 4+ years interpreting schematics, specs, assembly drawings, and SOPs
- 4+ years using structural hand tools (45°/90° drills, pancake adapters, countersink cages, hole finders, rivet guns)
- Strong shop-math and precision-measurement skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, aircraft applications, and basic office software
- Ability to pass comprehensive 3rd-party background checks
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VIP / Executive Fleet aircraft or specialty aircraft interiors (within the last 10 years).
- Experience with Depot Level or Heavy Structures maintenance.
- Experience with Executive Fleet platforms.
- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant certification (preferred but not required).

- Must be able to obtain and maintain all site-specific access and certifications.
