Precision Support Services, LLC is a long-standing Part 145 repair Stations looking to add additional Maintenance Technicians to its team. Precision’s operations base is in McMinnville, OR though remote maintenance is conducted on occasion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform shop maintenance and inspections as related to Precision’s fleet which includes Bell 206, Bell 205, Airbus AS350, and AS332 helicopters as well as a Pilatus PC-12/47.
• Perform shop maintenance on customer aircraft ranging from GA airplanes to large twin engine helicopters.
• Maintain accurate status of projects and articulate needs for success both verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate with support departments for incoming and outgoing parts, required equipment and tooling. 
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Working with management in looking for ways to optimize company performance and utilization of resources.
• Participate in all Maintenance, Operations, and Safety Programs including the Drug and Alcohol program.

Required Skills and Experience

• Airframe and Powerplant Certificate. 
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals as well as engineering and installation drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical and electrical system functions.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations related to aircraft maintenance and inspections.

• 2+ years experience as an A&P mechanic.
• Avionics Background or familiarization with Garmin products.
