As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on facility equipment. Tasks include changing oil, belts, servicing filtration systems, changing air filters, and checking for damaged components. You will advocate for Health, Safety, and Environmental-minded work, adhering to all company and safety rules and regulations during your duties.

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facility equipment, including changing oil, belts, servicing filtration systems, and changing air filters.
• Advocate Health, Safety, Environmental-minded work and comply with company and safety rules, including LOTO, confined space, elevated work, and machine guarding.
• Support facility compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, RCRA, SWPPP, through training, inspections, and emergency contingency planning.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in work areas.
• Observe facility maintenance and repair needs, notifying supervision of items that cannot be resolved with a See it, Fix it approach.
• Utilize systems to log work order details, time spent, parts used, and more.

• 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex issues.

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of facility equipment and electrical systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Granby, CT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
