Job Title: Maintenance ControllerJob Description
As a Maintenance Controller, you will oversee the maintenance control of 10 to 12 aircraft, ensuring compliance with all FAA, Manufacturers, and Company regulations, policies, and requirements. You will work on a 3 on 3 off; 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Ensure line maintenance performs aircraft maintenance within compliance of all regulations, policies, and requirements.
- Discuss pilot reports and non-routine items with respective line station/line mechanics as each aircraft terminates.
- Monitor work progress at line stations, ensuring timely correction of discrepancies and providing technical assistance as required.
- Coordinate the movement of required parts to aircraft.
- Monitor discrepancies reported daily to identify chronic non-routine items.
- Approve and record all deferred or carried over items.
- Ensure all work request items and scheduled maintenance are completed timely.
- Monitor all check remaining times continuously.
- Assign work to address pilot reports, deferred items, chronic problems, etc.
- Maintain a daily log of all maintenance activities, including discrepancies by aircraft registration numbers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Maintenance Program and alert the Director of Maintenance as necessary.
Essential Skills- Line maintenance experience on Boeing 747, 757, and 767
- A&P License - non-negotiable
- Previous Maintenance Control experience preferred
- Gen Fam on Boeing 757 and/or 767 preferred

Work Environment
This is an office role within an experienced supplemental carrier operating a worldwide fleet of Boeing 757 and 767 cargo and combi passenger aircraft. All personnel will undergo a training period on a day shift schedule (8 AM - 5 PM) for the first 2-4 weeks. Shifts are 12 hours on a rotating schedule of 3 on - 4 off / 4 on - 3 off. The specific shifts are to be determined based on knowledge and performance, ensuring balanced talent across each shift.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.06 - $44.00
