* A minimum of 10 years of aircraft structural maintenance experience on commercial transport category aircraft (Boeing, Airbus)
* Valid FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe rating required
* Proficient in oral and written English
* Must report with personal standard trade-specific tools Preferred Skills
* A minimum of 10 years of aircraft structural maintenance experience on current fleet types maintained or modified by the Repair Station
* FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
* Experience in VIP/VVIP custom aircraft interior completions

* Professional customer service skills Job Duties & Functions
* Accomplish repairs and modifications throughout the cabin per engineering drawings
* Support engineering drawings with ideas and solutions to ensure VIP/VVIP appearance
* Remove and install cabin monuments including galleys, lavatories, credenzas, bulkheads, decorative panels, closets, vanities, etc.
* Remove and install door liners, seats, floorboards, sidewalls, ceiling panels, valances, door surrounds, moon mats, insulation, and wet barriers
* Interpret blueprints, AMM, IPC, customer-supplied supplement manuals, and LOPA diagrams for cabin reconfigurations
* Assist and mentor helpers in understanding manuals and VIP/VVIP interior presentation standards
* Perform specific cleaning tasks to maintain cabin standards
* Inspect, tag, store, and document aircraft components in accordance with the Repair Station Quality Manual
* Ensure tools and equipment are used properly, maintained, and stored correctly
* Strive for continuous process improvements and efficiency in task execution
* Maintain close communication with Lead Technician and project managers
* Interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders Physical Requirements & Environment
* Medium work: frequent walking, standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
* Use of ladders, scaffolds, hoists, lifts, precision instruments, and other tools
* Exposure to varying climate conditions in hangars and on ramps
