Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Apply seal, fillet, fay, cap seal, brush coat, scotch cast, leveling compound, and aerodynamic seal for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench, and integral fuel cell. Work from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes. Perform pressure testing and complete required data gathering transactions for sealer progression. Perform pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing, or check during or after final seal progression. Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments. Document discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure. Temporarily attach parts and assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking. Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components (Integral Fuel Cell Sealing). Perform major assembly, large structure sealing, and aerodynamic sealing.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Experience with sealing compounds for integral fuel cell and wing section components. Ability to work from blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, and quality requirements. Experience with pressure testing and sealing progression data transactions. Experience with pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, and functional testing of sealed components. Ability to use measuring instruments for work assignments. Experience documenting discrepancies per specifications and procedures. Experience temporarily attaching parts, assemblies, and installing collars and hardware. Experience with major assembly, large structure sealing, and aerodynamic seal. Ability to train, coach, and assist employees in manufacturing process.
