JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Systems Assembly

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform simple assembly operations on aircraft systems, equipment, and components

Install components such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducts

Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment (screwdrivers, ratchets, power tools, multimeters, continuity testers)

Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications

Utilize basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Maintain adherence to safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

1+ year of experience following work instructions and interpreting blueprints/drawings (preferred; minimum 6 months acceptable)

6+ months of experience in a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical environment (or equivalent military experience)

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to use basic hand, power, and pneumatic tools

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions

Must be able to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs

Must successfully complete 6 10 weeks of training (3 failed assessments may result in release)

Ability to obtain and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications (if required)

Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements

Ability to lift/carry 10 35 lbs

Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, climbing, crawling, and standing for extended periods

Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

Ability to safely handle hazardous materials using PPE

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
