Qualifications

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess advanced experience and skill on EC145 model aircraft to include the following:
- Advanced verifiable experience with EC145 VARTOMS system to include rigging and adjustment.
- Refined track and balance skills.
- Experience with Engine module replacements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AMC part 145 and 135 maintenance requirements and procedures
Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting and refined vibration-balancing
- Sheet metal and composite repair procedures
- Ability to read and understand various documents such as 337’s, Service Bulletins, AD’s, etc.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to be a team player with a professional attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotation
Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- RAMCO experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- FAA A&P License in good standing.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) Preferred
