• Works under direct supervision to provide assistance with managing inventory and movement of materials.
• Prepares necessary shipping documentation.
• Handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines
• Maintains and updates production and delivery schedules.
• Responds to basic to fairly complex customer or shipper questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
• Tracks and traces goods while they are on route to their destinations.
• Collects and compiles data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions and other documents to assess supply needs.
• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have completed at least Vocational course or 2 years in college
• 2 years related experience in a warehouse environment
• Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (parts picking, parts packing, shipping)
• Knowledge in cycle count • Working knowledge of ERP/Barcode process
• Knowledge/certification in Forklift Operation is a plus
• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
• Should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.
• With at least a year in his/her current position
