About the Role
Join our dynamic assembly team and play a key role in building cutting-edge technology. As an Assembly Operator, you will work in multiple sections of production using tools like gauges, calipers, and soldering irons to create high-quality PCB boards. You will help build circuit boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems while also working with software uploads on smartphones that serve as controllers for viewing purposes.
What You Will Do- Assemble small, complex mechanical components with precision and care.
- Use soldering skills or learn soldering if you are eager to grow.
- Follow detailed assembly documentation and verbal or written instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production goals.
- Keep workstations clean and organized for efficiency and safety.
- Communicate ideas and troubleshoot issues with technicians and engineers.
What We Are Looking For- Experience building hardware products.
- Skilled in electronics manufacturing or IT.
- Familiarity with hand tools, assembly line processes, and production techniques.
Bonus Skills- Experience in assembly production or NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Knowledge of repair, testing, and troubleshooting for circuit boards and electromechanical assemblies.
- Ability to operate precision measuring equipment.
- Passion for world-class drone manufacturing.
- A positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
