Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician (Position in Denver, Colorado)Job Description
Join a mission-driven team dedicated to protecting the American Warfighter by performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. Your role will involve service extensions, depot-level maintenance, and other C/D level heavy checks.
Pay
- $40/hr + 6 days of PTO
- Per Diem Split Available $29 taxed / $11 untaxed ($88/day in per diem for 5 days
Responsibilities- Perform classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft.
- Conduct service extensions and depot-level maintenance.
- Execute C/D level heavy checks on specified airframes.
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft structures, specifically sheet metal work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint schematics.
- Familiarity with aircraft modification and depot-level maintenance.
- Experience with aviation maintenance repair and sheet metal fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Own tools with a shadowed toolbox and tools etched or colored.
- Pass a basic sheet metal skills assessment on Day One.
- 6+ years of aviation structures experience if only military background, or 3+ years if civilian experience.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangar with flexible shifts primarily on the 1st shift, some on the 2nd. The work schedule varies, with some positions offering four ten-hour shifts or five eight-hour shifts, and rarely any weekends. The contract is long-term and open-ended, with the potential to go direct if desired.
