Job Title: Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team to work on brand new Boeing 737 BBJs and Airbus A220 ACJs directly from the factory. In this role, you will perform sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheet metal assembly, installations, and modifications on Boeing 737 and Airbus A220 aircraft.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards during all phases of work.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures.
- Proficiency in sheet metal assembly, installation, and modification.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft preferred.
- Possession of own tools that are etched and inventoried.
- Willingness to work 5+ hours of overtime weekly.
- Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift schedules.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, or corporate jets.
- Familiarity with P145 repair station regulations.
- Ability to work in both hangar and outdoor environments.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a hangar and outdoor environment, accommodating both 1st and 2nd shift schedules. The majority of candidates will be working the 2nd shift, but must remain open to both. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7am-3:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Georgetown, Delaware.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
