Description:
A leading aerospace manufacturer in Stuart, FL is currently seeking skilled Aircraft Sealers to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting major aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and prior experience with aircraft sealing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform sealing operations on aircraft structures such as fuel tanks, fuselages, wings, and other assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
Apply various types of sealants accurately to specified areas.
Use hand and power tools to ensure proper sealing and adhesion.
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sealing within an aerospace, automotive, or industrial setting preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Familiarity with different types of sealants (e.g., fuel tank sealant, RTV, etc.).
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
High school diploma or GED required.
