Job Description:

Responsibilities
As an SNSZ AMC you will be responsible for the following:
-tAssembling (install or disassemble) nacelles, engine systems, nacelle components or equipment, or seating products in accordance with the defined process, using all the recommended means and respecting the Quality, HSE and planning requirements.
-tTo undertake precision drilling of aluminium, composite materials or plastics, stainless steel and titanium components to fine tolerance. To install fasteners and various rivet types. Bonding of materials using adhesives. To attend continuous improvement workshops and be responsible for implementing improvements.
-tPerform all work assigned in accordance with approved data
otEnsure complete and proper documentation of work performed
otEnsure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition
otMaking sure of the availability and the conformity of the documentation (complete file and coherent indices) necessary for the realization of the operation of assembly and / or dismantling

Job Requirements:

-\tMandatory
o\tAt least 3 years of experience in aviation,
\tPreferably an CCAR-145 approved repair facility in China
\tGeneral aeronautical knowledge and strongly interested in this sector
\tRespect of quality standards and tools of continuous improvement
o\tExperience in an MRO environment and knowledge of the regulatory framework
\tKnowledge the techniques of adjustment, assembly and installation of fixings
\tUnderstanding technical documents (ranges, instruction sheets)
\tAppreciation of precision work and manipulation of materials and tools with dexterity
o\tStrong interpersonal skills
\tcommunication skills, report writing and presentation skills
\tAutonomy in the respect of the modus operandi
\tAppreciate to work in team, good relationship, attentive, rigorous and careful
o\tKnowledge of the repair or maintenance of aerostructures and/or seating products
o\tBasic English communication in both speech and written format
o\tHave a good standard of secondary education
o\tChinese Citizen who is legally entitled t
