We are seeking an experienced and motivated A&P Mechanic to join our team in Dallas, Texas, supporting world-class maintenance operations for elite aviation customers. Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Perform and document all work in accordance with applicable manuals, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical removals, installations, and system servicing.
- Assist with aircraft component repairs and engine removal/installation as needed.
Operational Support
- Operate ground support equipment as required.
- Support maintenance activities at off-site locations when necessary.
- Assist other maintenance disciplines to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.
- Participate in 5-S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Follow Bombardier General Work Requirements for factory, shop, and hangar operations.
- Perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to quality.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Weekend Shift (Fri–Sun)
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Consistent 5–15 hours of overtime available
Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent
- 3+ years of business jet experience (preferred)
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must provide own basic hand tools with proper inventory and control
- Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal/inclement weather
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge
- Basic PC skills required
