A&P MechanicJob Description
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to work on CRJ 700 & 900 aircraft. This role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on various CRJ and ERJ models, and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to reconfigure seating arrangements. The company performs all heavy maintenance in-house without subcontracting to third-party MROs, offering a long-term employment opportunity with no end date.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
- Conduct interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft, including reconfiguring seating from 70 to 50 seats.
- Execute necessary modifications on aircraft while they are in the hangar for heavy checks.
- Troubleshoot engine issues, perform blade swaps, component changes, and work on fuel controls.
- Utilize blueprints and drawings on tablets, and be able to read and operate tablets.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or perform line maintenance as needed. Flexibility to work any day or shift is required. Voluntary and unlimited overtime is available, considering safety and quality. Schedules include 4x10s or 3x12s. All blueprints and drawings are available on tablets, and mechanics are expected to be proficient in reading and operating tablets.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
