* Tools: Must Provide Own Tools Education & Job Requirements
* Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
* A minimum of 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience on fixed-wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
* If a TN Visa holder, a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
* Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
* Basic PC skills.
* Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
* Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.
* Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays.
* Ability to work in seasonal or inclement weather conditions.
* Must own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control. Preferred Skills
* Business aircraft experience.
* Experience working directly with customers in a service environment. Job Duties & Functions
* Troubleshoot aircraft systems and components.
* Perform inspections and maintenance in accordance with approved technical data.
* Repair and modify aircraft structures and systems.
* Document maintenance actions accurately and completely.
* Communicate aircraft status updates to customers and internal teams.
* Support ground support equipment qualification requirements.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Work performed in hangar and outdoor environments.
* Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to work extended hours as required.
