When you join ES, you don’t just take a job — you help move the world forward.Position Summary — Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level IIThis role is responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using liquid penetrant methods in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements (FARs, RSMs, SBs, ADs, etc.). You will evaluate inspection data, interpret findings, and accurately document results to ensure the highest levels of product quality, safety, and compliance.You will work under general supervision and receive technical guidance from a certified NDT Level III. This is a critical quality role that protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the aircraft that rely on them.
External applicants are eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus.
What You Will Do:
- Perform NDT inspections, test & calibration.
- Evaluate the results of all inspections performed using NDT processes to the level of certification held.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection for all NDT processes.
- Perform process checks/audits on all materials and equipment used in NDT.
- Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.
- Over 40 hours per week as scheduled to meet business needs.
- All other duties as assigned including working extended shifts/overtime as required by the business.

- Minimal travel required (<10)
- Willingness to work nonstandard hours
- Some Holiday hours may be required based on business need

Qualifications We Require:
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in related area (Aerospace preferred)
- ASNT certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain internal Level II FPI and X-ray certification required.
- Previous experience with braze and weld joints.
- Basic understanding of detailed prints and specifications.
- Basic understanding of non-destructive inspection techniques.
- Basic working knowledge of shop floor equipment (setup, cleaning, operation).
- Basic computer skills (Window based software, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
