Midwest Helicopter Airways, Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated A&P Mechanics to join our team, working on our fleet of Sikorsky helicopters. This role offers a mix of hangar-based and field maintenance, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, components, and structures.
- Conduct routine maintenance and necessary structural repairs.
- Support external load operations as a mechanic and signalman during field assignments.
- Travel as needed to support company aircraft at various job sites across the U.S.
- Spend the remainder of your time based at our Willowbrook, IL facility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aircraft maintenance experience (helicopter or fixed-wing).
- Prior experience with Sikorsky helicopters or military aviation (preferred but not required).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
