Responsibilities:Manage station ULD inventories and liaise with Cargo Network Control YYZ, GHA, to ensure that sufficient equipment to support cargo operations.Implement load plan and coordinate with warehouse / ramp team to ensure best use of available space/weight for each flight.Monitor data entries done by GHA making sure entries performed timely manner.Make sure GHAs activities have always aligned with Air Canada’s safety policy and SOP.Remain good relationships with interline carries for smooth transit cargo transfer.Monitor Cargo iQ score and take corrective actions to improve scores.Support and monitor the GHAs to plan load and entry into weight & balance systems.Monitor and coordinate ramp activities.Answer enquiries from customers on both import and export, and enquiries from other stations with cargo in/out of Mexico.Handle irregularities and operational disruptions.Maintain and arrange replenishment of the office’s forms, labels and stationery inventories and other administrative supports.Monitor the ULD build-up of sensitive product shipments (VAL, HUM, AVI, etc.) to prevent incidents of pilferage and damage while goods are within the cargo terminal facilityMonitor list of uncleared AWB and coordinate with the GHA and overseas office to close them.Able to work in ramp for loading supervision.Able to work under roster.Coordinate with GHA, sales teams on the ULD build up to maximize space and weight utilization.Ensure cargo safety and security through checking all documents of each shipment to be compliant to AC standards and SOP.Coordinate with all parties including GHA and take necessary actions such as rebooking cargo, in cases of aircraft on ground due to maintenance.Meet GHA representative at his level for rapport.Participate in regular meetings with GHAs to discuss any issues.Any other job-related tasks and duties assigned by the Manager.
QualificationsUndergraduate degree is requiredGood airfreight industry knowledgeMinimum 5 years related work experience
