Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description -Contract Role Only
Assist the Logistics Supervisor in the supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Your role will involve providing recommendations on vendor qualifications and performance to ensure they meet company requirements. You will support project and department milestones and goals while adhering to approved budgets. Your extensive knowledge of department processes, including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift/equipment operation, fabrication, and transportation of goods, will be essential.
Responsibilities
- Support project and department milestones and goals while adhering to approved budgets.
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Operate cherry picker, sit-down and stand up reach forklifts
- Maintain the condition of the work area by ensuring it is free of trash and products are in the correct location.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in the area of responsibility as an individual contributor
- Aviation logistics experience
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience desired
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
