* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines, including milling and turning.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience with G-code programming and CNC controls.
* Strong computing skills.
* Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs.

* Experience with CAD/CAM/CATIA software. Job Duties & Functions
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
* Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
* Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Document production data and maintain accurate records.
* Successfully complete required training, including on-the-job training or formal classroom instruction, as a contingency of assignment. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Lift up to 35 pounds.
* Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination when working with small parts.
