Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator

Contract Position

$20.48-$25.48/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies, including modules, boards, frames, cables, and panels.
• Interpret basic schematics, drawings, and follow defined methods, techniques, and work sequences.
• Conduct wiring, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation on units and subassemblies.
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final system assembly.
• Execute basic electrical testing and perform detailed rework or refurbishment as required.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electronic or mechanical assembly.
• Proficient in interpreting Bills of Materials (BOM), polarity standards, and inspection criteria.
• Experience with work order tracking systems and surface mount pick-and-place machinery.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, basic math, and electronic manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control and production documentation.
