Contract Position
$31.43-$37.66/Hour

Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections to verify product conformance to design requirements and provide documentation of results.
Conduct physical inspections involving lifting (10–35 lbs), climbing, bending, kneeling, and other manual activities as required.
Operate in environments with exposure to metals, solvents, coolants, moving parts, and varying atmospheric and noise conditions.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) for face, eyes, arms, hands, and feet to ensure safety compliance.
Audit, monitor, and perform surveillance of production processes to detect and document discrepancies.
Control and segregate non-conforming items and perform preliminary review and disposition.
Participate in product reviews with customers during verification processes.
Identify significant or repetitive non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests.
Travel domestically or internationally as needed and complete required safety certifications and training.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; equivalent vocational training or associate degree acceptable.
1+ years of related work experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
2–3 years of quality experience preferred.
Ability to complete required certifications and safety training (on- and off-site).
Proficiency in computer-based documentation and inspection tracking.
Previous Boeing experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs.
