Plating Technician

Job Description:

Main Responsibility：
1. Plating parts according to drawing, process and technical specification
2. Solid skill on plating inspection method and good understand on quality acceptance.
3. Continuous improvement of workflow, working methods and tools
4. Participate cell activities regarding planning, organization and implementation
5. Follow the temporary work arrangement of workshop cell leader

Job Requirements:

Educational Background
Associate Degree or Vocational School
Experiences
Above 2 years' plating experience, priority is given to those with experience in chrome, cadmium, anodizing.etc
-\tLanguage
-\tMust be able to read and understand simple English。
-\tProfessional Knowledge/Technical skill
-\tHave basic knowledge of chemical.
-\tFamiliar with the processes and related acceptance criteria
-\tAble to interpret blue print and specification.
-\tFamiliar with measurement instruments, eg. micrometer , thickness gauge
-\tKnowledge of Quality Assurance documents (Inspection Plans, Non-Conformance Reports, etc).
-\tProblem Solving (Soft Skill)
