Job Title: Aviation Material Handler
Job Description
Must have Aviation experience - Required.
We are seeking dedicated Material Clerks to efficiently manage the shipping and receiving of parts, materials, and equipment while replenishing inventory in the computer system. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to verify the integrity of packages and ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies, including quality, documentation, and traceability of part numbers, serial numbers, and shelf life. Additional tasks include performing shelf life audits, building or relocating shelving, and conducting cycle counts.
Responsibilities
- Ship and receive parts, materials, and equipment.
- Replenish inventory in the computer system.
- Verify package integrity and compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
- Perform shelf life audits.
- Build or relocate shelving as needed.
- Conduct cycle counts.
Essential Skills
- Experience with parts, materials, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in cycle counts and material handling.
- Strong computer skills.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an inventory department or warehouse, preferably in aviation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- Willingness and ability to obtain DOT / IATA certifications within 60 days of start date.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
