About the Role:
As a Machinist, you will play a vital role in assembling, repairing, and fabricating high-quality metal parts that power industries and innovations. This is your chance to bring your technical expertise to life as you work with mechanical equipment and collaborate with a team dedicated to precision and excellence. Your contributions will help build sub-units and complete units while ensuring they meet strict design specifications and tolerance levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Set Up and Operate: Configure and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Inspections: Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality on all parts.
Follow Instructions: Adhere to job work instructions and quality procedures.
Deburr Parts: Ensure parts are deburred and meet daily production goals.
Edit Programs: Edit G-code programs as needed.
Meet Deadlines: Help meet deadlines and complete orders in order of precedence.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean using 5S principles.
Participate in Meetings: Attend and participate in daily tier meetings.
Track Jobs: Track and run jobs in order of precedence.
Log Information: Log job information using the SAP system.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Proficiency with measuring devices such as calipers, OD mics, 6” steel ruler, height gauge, and depth mics.
Basic computer skills are a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
