Job Description:

Were looking for skilled Machinists to join our newly developed, state-of-the-art Next Generation Bevel Gear cell. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-tech, precision engineering environment with brand-new equipment and cutting-edge automation.
As a key member of the machining team, youll set up, operate, and oversee multiple CNC machines—ensuring high-quality output and supporting the introduction of new technologies and production processes.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

•tSet up, operate and perform basic adjustments to 5-axis turning and milling machines.
•tMonitor production quality and machine performance, resolving basic technical issues.
•tWork closely with Manufacturing Engineers on new part introductions and cell development.
•tAdhere to process layouts, work instructions, and compliance systems.
•tSupport First Line Maintenance and TPM activities within the cell.
•tMove materials, monitor SWIP, and ensure tooling and equipment availability.
•tActively participate in lean events and support continuous improvement.
•tFollow all EHS procedures and safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

Essential skills:
•\t3+ years of CNC setting and operating experience in a precision engineering environment.
•\tFamiliarity with 5-axis machines, mill-turn operations, and inspection equipment.
•\tNVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Desirable skills:
•\tApprentice trained background.
•\tExcellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
•\tWillingness to work shifts, including Double Days or Night Shift.
•\tExperience supporting new technology or cell introduction.
