Hiring a Logistics Clerk for a start up Drone Company in Hayward, Ca!
Responsibilities
- Review sales orders in the ERP system (such as NetSuite) and accurately pick products and accessories for fulfillment.
- Prepare and pack sales orders, ensuring all items, including extra accessories, are correctly included and securely packaged.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments primarily via FedEx and UPS, following all carrier guidelines and procedures.
- Handle shipments containing dangerous goods, including lithium-ion batteries, in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Use harmonized tariff (HS) codes to correctly classify products for international shipments and complete all required customs documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate shipment details, including HS codes, device names, and item categorizations, on shipping and customs paperwork.
- Operate RF scanners and related warehouse equipment to track inventory and order movement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
