Your tasks will include

• Assisting with cost center and project budget preparation and monitoring during the year (including supplying information on budget-changing issues, planning and consolidation of personnel quantities, personnel and material costs as well as performance and production data)
• Support in the creation of cost/revenue monitoring (including reporting structure, analysis of planned/actual variances, forecasting and performance dialogs)
• Supporting the monthly and year-end closing process
• Support in the area of ordering
• Assistance in analyzing and commenting on decision templates including the creation of simulation calculations
• Assistance in carrying out profitability calculations for projects and investments

You are studying business administration or economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Interest in business management issues
• Analytical thinking and numerical skills
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, communication skills
