Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Responsible to process all Duty Travel Requests by AirAsia employees which includes flight and accommodation requests
To ensure that the requests are processed on a timely basis based on the Service Level Agreement
Support and coordinate staff visa request with authorized agent(s).
Liaise with third party agents on commercial flights (Non-AirAsia flights) if required
Ensure hotel invoices related to Duty Travel expenses submitted to Oracle/manually received are approved within T+3 upon receiving.
Conduct thorough preparation and meticulous review of hotel contracts, specifically focusing on annual renewals and negotiation processes
Provide post working hours and weekend support to all AirAsia employees including public holidays for urgent Duty Travel requests
Provide backup for other members of the Duty Travel team and other ad hoc duties assigned by Duty Travel and Accommodation Team Lead / Manager.
