Assignment at Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Pump and Motor in Otsego, MI.
Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week during the Summer.
Your day-to-day
- HR generalist responsibilities – onboarding processes, record keeping, retention and auditing.
- Talent Acquisition: Sort and process incoming resumes, participate in interviews.
- Participate on the Engagement HPT - team member recognition programs, community outreach/philanthropy, and other events.
- Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
- Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a business field, preferably with an HR Minor. Preferrable junior class status.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Able to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions.
- Strong project management skills required to support multiple projects simultaneously.
