Responsibilities
As a Procurement Intern, you will support sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and procurement operations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in supplier selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation
- Support negotiations and contract management
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with business needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelors student in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
- Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must have advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience or coursework in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel, and data analysis tools
- Understanding of global sourcing practices and supplier management
