Job Description
The Commercial Engines & Services (CES) business represents the industry’s largest and growing commercial propulsion fleet. With an installed base of approximately 45,000 engines across both narrowbody and widebody platforms, CES and its partners design, develop, manufacture, and service commercial engines generating $26.9 billion in revenue in 2024.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Finance Leader to join the Commercial Engines & Services (CES) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and business intelligence & analytics. This leader will support the CES CFO and FP&A Leader and work cross-functionally enabling processes that support efficient & impactful short and long-range strategic planning & modeling, and investor relations support. This role will provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making processes to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead CES finance teams in budget and long-range strategic planning, delivering comprehensive analysis of operational objectives and financial impact. Champion central CES operational & financial modeling to help position long-term decision making.
- Business Intelligence: Support development of centralized operational metrics & financial analysis leveraging technology & visualization tools to transform operational data into actionable insights that assists leadership in making informed strategic decisions.
- Investor Relations: Optimize process and lead support of GE Aerospace investor relations and Group FP&A with earnings preparation & inquiry.
- Strategic Projects: Partner on high priority strategic initiatives (e.g., EPM transformation, capital allocation, business strategy) to drive differential, “outside-in” thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance from an accredited university
- 8+ years of FP&A/Investor Relations/Corporate Strategy experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
