Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the team in Mesa, AZ. This position will focus on supporting the BGS Top Supplier Performance Management team in the Global Parts Solutions organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
- Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
- Extracts, analyzes, and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 1 year of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
- More than 1 year of experience in Data Analysis.
- More than 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- More than 1 year of experience in a self-directed role.
- Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience interacting with customers or suppliers
- Experience using SAP software

Summary Pay Range: $63,750.00-$86,250.00
