Design detailed wind tunnel models using 3D CAD modeling software (Siemens NX or similar).
Conduct comprehensive structural analysis to ensure model quality and performance.
Collaborate with engineering specialists to refine and improve model designs.
Enhance design processes by integrating feedback and real-world data insights.
Maintain project timelines to deliver high-quality models on schedule and within budget.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautics preferred).
Minimum of three years of experience in Mechanical Design with 3D CAD modeling expertise.
Aerospace/Aircraft design experience preferred.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Siemens NX.
Strong competence in structural analysis.
U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (US Export/ITAR Restrictions).
Desired but not required: DOD Clearance.
