Role Summary
* In this role, you will support the organization’s Ground and Mission Systems Engineering division, contributing to next-generation space technologies and rapid-prototyping programs. You will work across the full engineering lifecycle—requirements, design, integration, test, and demonstration—supporting mission-focused solutions for U.S. government customers. This position requires 100 onsite work in Seal Beach, CA, and an active TS/SCI clearance with adjudicated polygraph. Education & Job RequirementsYou must have
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
* Active TS/SCI security clearance with adjudicated polygraph (required to start)
* 2 or more years of related engineering experience OR a Master’s degree with experience in an engineering classification
* Experience with Python
* Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence
* Ability to work 100 onsite
* Ability to participate in required in-person or Teams-based interviews
* Ability to relocate at own expense if not local Preferred SkillsYou will have
* Experience with Linux
* Experience with Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript/React, databases, and mutual Transport Layer Security (mTLS)
* Experience working with government customers
* Active CompTIA Security+ certification Job Duties / FunctionsYou will
* Apply modern DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and infrastructure-as-code
* Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources
* Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes through automation, metrics, and lessons learned
* Automate, develop, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot software engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls
* Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability
* Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers
