* High School Diploma or equivalent with required experience.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in the United States Air Force heavy aircraft general maintenance and/or structures.
* Proficiency with authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker, and Arbortext/Editor.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and parts lists.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, and illustrators.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established processes and checklists.

* Interpret and analyze engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data to develop support solutions.
* Develop logistics support analysis records, reports, and provisioning strategies.
* Determine spares provisioning requirements and recommend spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking.
* Support development of maintenance concepts, inspection requirements, and operational support systems.
* Write and maintain technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft systems and components.
* Evaluate aircraft and fleet performance, reliability, and availability to support maintenance planning.
* Support collection, analysis, and storage of system support technical data elements and specifications.
* Assist in establishing maintenance tasks, support resources, and supportability solutions for subsystems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical publications.
* Support multiple aircraft platforms and technical publication development efforts.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work onsite in an office and engineering support environment.
* Must comply with standard shift schedule and onsite requirements. Additional Information
