Industrial Engineering
Bell, in Fort Worth, TX, has an opening for an Industrial Engineer to support Factory Strategy, facility optimization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and manufacturing improvement projects.
This role supports factory layout development, process flow analyses, capital planning activities, and cross‑functional engineering efforts to enhance operational performance for current and future programs.
This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
What you’ll be doing as an Industrial Engineer:
Support the design and improvement of factory layouts, workflows, and facility concepts using DELMIA, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools to evaluate throughput, flow, and space utilization.
Assist in developing Industry 4.0 manufacturing solutions that improve cost, throughput, first‑pass yield, and overall production efficiency.
Perform capacity, labor, and tooling analyses to support production planning, rate readiness, and long‑range manufacturing strategies.
Prepare layout feasibility studies and facility scenarios, clearly communicating constraints, opportunities, and recommended improvements.
Contribute to business cases, capital planning, and project documentation by gathering data, coordinating inputs, and ensuring accurate technical assumptions.
Support cross‑functional project execution by helping define scope, track progress metrics, maintain schedules, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
